Circuit training is one of the best ways to improve and maintain a good level of fitness and manage your weight. It covers all the key components of fitness to give you a complete whole body exercise programme focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination. Circuit training can burn anything between 500 and 750 calories per hour, depending on the person.

Circuit training is ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels. This is because you work to a time and not necessarily a required number of repetitions. Meaning that you only work to your own ability and fitness levels. Training in this way means that you are always progressing, so your fitness levels will always be increasing no matter how fit you are.

If you are still not sure, please feel free to come down and visit one of my classes at Deeside or Ellesmere Port. I will be only too happy to have a chat with you. Or you can give me a ring, so come on down and give it a shot.

Burn Fat and Get in Great Shape

The great thing about circuit training is that it uses elements of resistance training combined with cardiovascular intervals. This blasts your metabolism into overdrive so that you go on burning calories for up to 38 hours after the session. It’s an excellent introduction for all the different types of exercises, using free weights, benches and the floor. It teaches you how to work to your max and what it feels like to work in the upper anaerobic training zones. You need to experience this if you want to progress your fitness levels.
